Clients are responsible for providing correct and high-resolution artwork.
JiaCai Label is not liable for errors in client-submitted files, including:
- low resolution
- incorrect spelling
- inaccurate color references
- improper bleed or layout
Our team will assist in highlighting potential issues when possible, but final confirmation remains the client’s responsibility.
4. Production & Delivery
- Production lead times begin after artwork approval.
- Delays caused by client-side revisions, incomplete information, or late payments may extend timelines.
- Delivery schedules are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen operational factors.
We strive to ensure timely and consistent delivery for all orders.
5. Quality & Tolerances
Due to the nature of printing and material behavior, industry-standard tolerances apply, including slight variations in:

- material texture
We follow strict QC procedures to ensure consistent and reliable quality.
6. Returns, Refunds & Claims
Claims regarding defects or incorrect products must be reported within 7 days of receiving goods.
Please provide:
- photos or videos
- order information
- description of the issue
We will review and provide solutions based on the nature of the problem.
Products that have been used, applied, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for returns.
